This looks a lot like scales!! Treat immediately, they spread quickly so make sure you isolate any plants you notice these suckers on. You can use horticulture oil or insecticide soap on a toothbrush to gently scrap them off and prevent them from returning. I recommend spraying horticulture oil on your lollies as it's the most effective
0 likesThanks for reply, the nearside of leaves had like mini black slug things on. My wife wanted them gone so the lillies are no more, I did notice some black slug things had dropped onto another plant so I have given it a good check over and removed what I could see. I'll keep eye on it

1 likeThanks for reply.... We have a bug house and we try to attract ladybirds but we have hundreds of bees that have inhabited the bug house so no room for ladybirds

1 likeDidn't know I could buy them... I will look into it.
1 likeBlack aphids. This must be the year of the aphids. Iām tired of them already. Just washed off a new set yesterday. They always congregate on the new tender growth.
1 likeThey've been bad since like April!!
