sammrIt could be the moist soil combined with the sun coming through the clear pot. I’d put the clear pot in a decorative pot so it doesn’t get direct sunlight to the soil.

then it’s just the moisture from the soil! i got the same thing in my monstera but it’s harmless!

I poked it with my bamboo stick and it disappeared lol, I imagine it’s related to overwatering as the internet said they can turn into mushrooms
