The leafs tips keep turning brown and I have no clue what to do about it my mom gave it to me. It had been in my basement next to a window for a month what to do he is doing better and has a lot of new growth but still have some browning help
Is it a Rattlesnake Plant? It could me lime in the water. I would try watering with distilled water.

2 Mi piaceprobably is a humidity issue, these plants are tropical and like to have higher humidity in the air. the most effective ways to get that is to run a small humidifier right near it, but if you cant do that, try putting a tray with pebbles and water underneath it in the meantime.
