Some of the leaves on my moment tree are getting yellow and the tips are getting brown, I’m not sure what’s wrong.

Was there rubber bands around the bottom of the plant just above the roots when you repotted it. If the answer is yes remove them.

I didn’t see rubber bands but a few days ago I notice what looked like black tape around the roots

After I discovered and removed the rubber bands my money tree was struggling inside. Moved her to the porch for some direct sunlight. It took a few weeks. The rubber and tape strangle them.

Plant the day I bought it from Sam’s

Plant after rotten root removal in the two parts that were decapitated by the rubber band they were turning brown
