Hi everyone! I have been having problems with my Chinese Money Plant - I haven’t seen any new growth and the leaves keep dying off. Plant is under grow light. Does anyone know how to help this guy out?

Do you think this guy has enough light?
1 LikeLight, light and more light! Mines are growing up like crazy just because the benefit of lots of natural light ☀️ I also make sure that I do not over water them! I always wait for the soil to be completely dried before watering. I hope this will help 😉
2 LikesI would also advise you to report it into a smaller pot. Looks like the plant you have is too small for the size of that pot. Lesser size of the pot will help this plant to concentrate to grow much better. I have some of the same size of your plant potted into a 7.5cm/10cm pots!

1 LikeAre you top watering or bottom watering it? Also think I oughta ask what kind of soil you’re using. Stuff like Miracle Grow is an infamous plant killer because of how it keeps the soil moist for too long. Checking the roots is also not the worst idea. I’m asking in terms of watering and soil cause these plants are extremely susceptible to overwatering and edema. Definitely agree with CrixVerde here on repotting it into a smaller pot, at least 2in smaller in diameter. You’d be amazed how much of a difference that can make.
3 LikesIt looks like you’ve got too much perlite here — perlite promotes drainage and air flow but no nutrients. More light, richer soil! I agree with a smaller pot, like others have said
