My red wave petunias was doing beautifully and within one week it has shriveled up, wilted and is dying. I have been spraying it with hydrogen peroxide solution and watering regularly. Suggestions?

why are you spraying it with peroxide?
0 gillningarBecause it was sticky and I thought it had a fungus. I dilute the hydrogen peroxide and it was doing well until last week
0 gillningarI would stop doing that â itâs not great for the leaves â especially delicate flowers like petunia. Itâs a good treatment for root rot and fungus gnat larvae in the soil but unless youâve got visible fungus I wouldnât spray the leaves â even then Iâd opt for a sprinkle of cinnamon or neem oil if you are spraying leaves itâs important to only do so in the early morning or the evenings, otherwise the wet leaves will burn in the sun
