    Looks like too much sunlight. Find a way to cover them or replant them in pots with partial or less sunlight. If you want to leave them there, you may have to account for extra watering throughout the day. You may have to water it two or three times. I used to grow strawberry plants when I was younger so this is the most probable cause. Your soil and mulch looks dry too.

      Another possibility is it needs more nutrients for the strawberries, has root rot, or the pH level for the soil is off. You can look details about this up online. I recommend checking though if they’re getting too much sunlight.
