Does anyone know what's up with my friends Hoya callistophylla? The new leaf has got brown spots

    It really does look infested. Most insects go after the new tender shoots and drink out the sap. Your friend should clear the pests and try not to pass them to other plants with hands or tools. Isolate the plant. Treat with insecticidal soap or neem oil.
