My aloe plant in my room is doing really well, had pups etc. looks wonderful But i have come to the realization that the aloe plant in my room is flourishing but my moms that she keeps in the kitchen isn’t. It’s like got brown dried out stringy stuff connected to it and it’s also bent weird. The leaves of it are also not firm and are also slim. Could it be lightning? Potting? Water? I have also noticed that it is very loose in the pot, like i can pick it up and move it and it can just roll around (I bottom water my aloe plant and she poors water on top of the soil if that helps and they are massawanas i believe) I want to help my moms plant

Sounds like your mom’s plant might be having some root issues, potentially overwatering, or not enough drainage. Also could be not enough sun or too much sun 🤪 I’ve had okay luck with massawana in pots that don’t have drainage but you have to be very careful watering.

After looking at the pictures I might try downsize the pot your moms is in. Not sure if it’s just the photos but the area your moms is in might be a bit dark for an aloe

I don’t know what’s happening but I’m just wondering why you have a little snail friend in the soil lol
