Any ideas what I am doing wrong? This plant has been a problem from the beginning 2 years in. I thought it was lack of water and neglect. So I have been on a water schedule and put her under grow light but the browning leaf tips have gotten worse. Note I did repot few months ago and it has good drainage. Ideas??

Prolly too much of the grow light, can you adjust the brightness level? I’d give it a little less light and if you can’t adjust the brightness then just move it further away from your plant 🪴 baybe!! Are the tips crispy or soggy?

Looks to be a Janet Craig. If so they are picky about type of water. They react to minerals and chemicals in tap water. Try distilled or RO water.

But as Belle mentioned, could be the grow light. Use a full spectrum grow light setting for best results.

Yeah I recently went thru that with the grow lights that’s why I suggested that it might be that especially if the leaves are crispy and not soggy from overwatering.
