Fist time growing lettuce. It’s been germinating for 3 weeks and nothing has popped up. The packet they came in said 7-14 days. Is that Normal or is something wrong?

      Yes and it had a clear covering over it so it stayed warm and moist

    how deep did you plant the seeds?

    Check to make sure you didn’t pot them to deep. After growing crops for years I’ve learned sowing the seeds at the top and covering with the tiniest layer of soil depending on what it is of course has made a difference. Also growing things like this they should stay in a tray with water to keep the soil moist.
