Why do the bottom leaves of my ficus have these brown spots?

    Mine was doing the same thing. It’s overwatering mainly but it also can be caused by not enough light. If you haven’t repotted it recently or at all, I would repot it and give it new soil as well and maybe some fertilizer! That has been very slowly helping mine.

    I will also warn you that there’s a good possibility that some of these leaves are gonna end up falling off and dying completely. I promise if you just take care of the plant as a whole ok it will survive.

    I had the same problem, but I started adding Silica to the water and NO MORE BROWN SPOTS. I read on a post it's because of the varigation in the leaves. I thought it was over watering as well, at least that's what the app and others were saying. But I tried EVERYTHING and the only thing that stopped it was the Silica. Hope it helps.
