Anyone know what this is? It's killing my bonsai! I haven't found any bugs on the plant but it seems like it's coming from a bug of some sort... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

That's spider mites. They are very small and live for like 2 months cycles. So treat for that amount of time, don't just stop when you think they are gone.

I usually start by taken the plant to the kitchen sink and spraying it down well, this will manually remove a lot of the adults. Then I treat with a pesticide

Ewww spider mites! Thanks so much though! I did some googling and saw that was a possibly... I was hoping it wasn't 😬. So I should keep an eye on it for about two months to make sure they don't come back?

Yes, so with the mitecide I use, it's sprayed on every 4-7 days and I do that for 2 months. I see SO many people that treat only once or twice, and then they always end up with them coming back. Because the eggs are laid inside the plant, and don't get killed by the pesticide until they hatch.

Okay thank you so much! Just cleaned it up and will spray every two days for two months! Hopefully it starts to grow into the beautiful bonsai it once was :)

I'm sure it will. Spidermites can really just de-nude a plant so quickly

Hmmm it does look Webby but for some reason it does not look like spider mite webs to me. On the right hand picture there's some stuff that looks like it might be mealy bug and it's hard to see but I thought I might see scale also. I'm not willing to commit to anything but there's definitely a problem.
