    Hmm idk if ur giving it the right type of water or the right type of soil and lighting but start with cutting of the black pieces those are dead

      K, and I'm using distilled water and 2 hours of direct sunlight.

    It needs at bare min 4-5hrs of sun a day. Mine get 8. Make sure that pot is sitting in 2 in of distilled or rain water at all times. Dont top water.

      When I do 2in it gets swampy.

    Yes, they are bog plants naturally. I have mine in a tray with some gravel i nestled the pots into that i keep water in. Im getting ready to build a bog garden for them, but they have been in this set up since coming out of winter dormancy and doing great.

      Wait, don't If they get swampy get root rot?
