Can someone tell me what’s wrong with my Corn plant? It just keeps progressing. It was one or two yellow spots and now the leave tips are turning brown. I’m very careful not to overwater it, but have been watering it with filtered water instead of distilled water. I also use a light meter app to tell me if it’s getting enough light. Is there anything I can do to help it?

Hmmm are the yellowy bits firm or squishy when squeezed?

They’re really hard. Those are all over the big roots.

The roots are really firm as well.

Idk your fertilizing or care schedule, but it looks like it could be a fungus issue or lack of nutrients. You can do a hydrogen peroxide watering (1 part hydro to 5 parts water) to help kill any potential fungus in the soil or on the roots. It’ll areas aerate the roots, too, so it’ll also add to the plant's overall health
