Hi everyone, I hope you can help me with my Shefflera. The ends of the leaves are turning yellow. I have it under a grow light, I water when it's about 3/4 dry, I repotted about five months ago. There are a few roots coming out of the bottom of the pot already, but not filling the pot, which is clear so I can check on the roots. Any help would be much appreciated.TIA.

    Usually the tips yellowing is overwatering. That pot is quite big. You usually don't want more than 1-2" larger than the rootball.
