My prayer plant keeps getting mold. I water with distilled only. What do I need to do? Thanks in advance.

Where’s the mold? You mean those dark spots in the leaves? That’s normal. That’s part of the plant. Keep it up and your might flower like mine did today (I didn’t even know it was possible)
0 LikesShe’s beautiful, wow!!! 🤯 I’m referring to the mold growth in the soil.
0 LikesI must be getting old lol I had to zoom in to see what you were talking about haha
1 LikeHahahah it happens to the best of us!
0 LikesSprinkle cinnamon over dry soil
1 LikeOk should I wait until the soil fully dries out before adding the cinnamon?
0 LikesYes because if wet, it can absorb more water & worsen it. If your plant is healthy, repot it & use hydrogen peroxide solution (3/4 water & 1/4 H2O2 to sanitize roots & stem
2 LikesThat's not mold, That's flowerpot parasol. It's a harmless mushroom that's going to bloom. Don't let pets or children eat it, but otherwise enjoy the show. If it appears very often, it can indicate overwatering, but usually it's just enjoying the good soil
2 LikesI got that a few weeks ago, I just scooped out the first 1/4in of soil, waited until it was fully dry to water again, and made sure it had more ventilation! I'm definitely trying the cinnamon trick though
2 LikesI agree with Emma 😁 you should change the pot or punch more holes at the bottom of the pot (if possible). The mold isn’t actually a bad thing, like Emma said, just scoop it out if you don’t like it. I notice my pots need more drainage when it smells like mushrooms-haha strange
3 LikesWhat causes this?
0 Likesit's a common spore that activates with long-term moist conditions. If you have more ventilation/airflow/drainage it shouldn't be a problem. It's not dangerous though
