Hello! My plant has been sick for a bit. The leaves have crusty dark spots on them that progressively get worse. Some of the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. How do I help? Is it pests? I have treated with insect killer but this still persists

Sounds like a root issue if it’s not pests & the rest looks pretty healthy. You should check the roots & maybe do a soil change with fertilization😊

Mosquito bit tea is what I water the soil with to kill fungus gnats. If you see any pests using a magnifying glass, I would immediately isolate the plant and treat. If you check for root rot and repot, I highly recommend a mix of Foxfarm, orchid bark, pumice, worm casting - I repot all my plants with a more chunky airy soil mixture to prevent root rot :) And for some reason, plants LOVE fish fertilizer, which stinks but works!
