What the heck is going on with my Albo Mon?! The first picture was from 3 days ago and the second was today. I’m supposed to be selling this lovely to a friend…eeek!

Does it get a lot of bright direct light in those areas? It may be burning the leaves. Even if it’s under a grow light I’ve had the variegation become burned before

I agree with this comment
1 j'aimeLack of chlorophyll? How’d the lighting for it? Too much or too little water?
0 J'aimeLooks like scorching from lightning. Has the light intensity been adjusted lately? Also, the variegation is dramatic (and beautiful) but usually has a correlation with how much light it receives.
0 J'aimeThey just do that. White sections turn brown sometimes. Also you need to chop it/start a new bud or the plant will die.
2 J'aimethis is typical of ghost leaves, they don’t survive. that’s something that should be shared with whoever you’re selling it to as well, if they don’t know. makes sense because the level of variegation looks like it kept increasing. you could chop them or let the person know about it & they can chop it themselves. i’d chop down to two nodes back & hope a node with some green is activated. that’s just typical practice for highly variegated plants.
1 j'aimeI agree with last two posts. It happens with the highly variegated plants. Silica supplements help prevent this from happening.
