Not an expert but that is a type of Alocasia think could be Alocasia macrorrhiza , there leaves normal go yellowing when it starts a new leaf (normally oldest leaf), probably best to cut off close to bottom or leave till it flops over a bit more, also check back of leaf for any signs of pests and make sure soil not to wet they prefer good light so make sure near a window

0 J'aimeI 2nd that this is an alocasia, not monstera. As for the leaf, cut it off. Its only sucking energy from the plant. And it could create an infection
2 J'aimeThank you idk why I was saying monstera too I mixed them up a lil haha 🤣
0 J'aimeUpdate I plucked the big leaf without damaging the plant or having to cut it!! Will update again in a week or so to see how she’s doing then! Thanks for help 🙏🏻
2 J'aimeThat looks better, it can now put its energy into the existing leaves and should push out new leaf in the near future
1 j'aimeUpdate!! A surprising new leaf has spawned on the tiny guy that’s leaf was eaten completely… the leaf that died off on the bigger one after being clipped off allowed a new leaf to grow as well!! Thanks for the info!! I have noticed a few tiny flies have been around the base of the plant though so I have been waiting longer to water so the large can die off.. it’s only in this one plant though idk why any thoughts on that
