I am still figuring out lemon trees. Mine is the most labor intensive plant I have. I got one lemon last year. There are 5 right now. Last year mine lost every leaf and still had the unripe lemon. Survived and grew new leaves. Lemon was delicious. It is a pest magnet and is very thirsty. Good luck.
