My birkin has been pushing out so much new growth but they are ALL completely white, which turn brown and die off. Does anyone know what to do to get it to push out some green leaves again??

A bit less light. The intense variegation is caused by the lots of light so it pushes leaves that can't absorb so it doesn't get too much. Making light a more valuable resource will assist in your efforts to summon verdant foliage.

That is interesting. I also have a birkin which I’ve kept outside for 3 years now and only this year did it start producing white leaves. Planta keeps telling me I’ve placed it too dark (north facing covered porch with indirect sun). 🤔
