Please help!! So Iām trying my hand at carnivorous plants.. I have done a significant amount of research and Iām not sure why some of my pinguiculas are losing their bottom leaves. I bought a specific soil for them (from the shop I bought them from) and keep them in about an inch of water (zero filtered water/reverse osmosis) I even test the water before use. I noticed my leaves are slowly being mushy and slimy and falling off underneath the plant. The top leaves look great. I have only had them a few weeks and have no other issues. They have caught a few bugs but I was instructed to feed them dried blood worms every two weeks if they are not catching anything. They are under 2 grow lights that I picked specifically because other carnivorous plant owners use them with success. I thought maybe they were sitting on ātoo wetā of substrate so I led their reservoir dry out for a few days and then refilled. Since then I have notice that specifically my Hannah ping that was flowering, developed dried wrinkly leaves underneath/botttom of the plant that touches the substrate. I added water back to reservoir and my cyclosecta has mushy leaves underneath her š I cannot find a balance!! What am I doing wrong ?!
