Hi, I just recently got this succulent so I'm not sure if its a water/soil problem or stress from anything else. But if anyone could help me out with this because I am determined to keep this plant alive. It has brown spots on the leaves, like the one thats under the water droplets. if there's anyway to fix this, please let me know!
If it’s bugs u can check on the under side of the leaves. They are very tiny tho. I’m thinking over watering because it looks really wet and succulent don’t like that. I’d take a chopstick and poke holes everywhere to allow airflow so it drys out quicker

When you water that leaf, I bet water lands on it. When that happens a lot the leaves can rot. Water directly onto the soil and much less often than most other plants
