Can I propagate these? They grew where there was leaves.

    Yes! I’ve successfully propagated stems in water and a soilless medium, my preference is in the soilless or a chunky mix. These pics are a couple months apart. I let the stem callus over before I potted it and put it by a west facing window.

    Great! Can I just cut them off at the end there and place them in water?

      I recommend propagating them in soil in my personal experience it’s faster

    Yes, those both look great, cut above a node at the end, and put in filtered water until it roots, if in soil (my recommendation), let the stems callus overnight and then insert the stems in soil.
