According to google lens search it’s Lion's Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus)

Definitely doesn’t look like a lions mane. But it is some kind of mushroom. It should probably be removed

Nooo don’t remove it! shrooms are friends and shows a ‘hearty’ diverse soil is being used

It’s a mushroom. 🍄‍🟫 🍄 Not harmful. It shows the soil has plenty of organic material and sufficient moisture that the fungus loves. It’s short lived. Remove before the spores create more. A commercial fungicide can clear it if they take over. It’s highly unlikely in a potted plant inside. 🪴🍀

Probably a flowerpot parasol, just a bit past its prime. They're harmless. They tend to appear on healthy soil, but if you start seeing the mushroom often, it can indicate overwatering. It has probably already dropped spores at that point. Removing it is entirely optional, but you may want to remove it if you have curious pets or kids (they aren't lethal, but can cause miserable stomach upset), or anyone in the house with asthma (spores in the air)

Usually not a big deal in your soil, but don’t let kids or pets get to it.
