I initially was so excited about my dumb cane dieffenbachia when I first bought it.. but it’s not full and bushy like I would like. I’m kinda over it.. but how can I fix “leggy” plants?? Help!! 😥

It probably needs more light, it’s reaching and stretching looking for light. How much light does it get throughout the day?

I studied this plant and once I found out if it doesn’t get the lighting it needs and a high level of humidity it would drop leaves. I passed on purchasing it. Everyone I know who has this plant theirs is leggy also now. Maybe if you supply it with a pebble tray and a constant grow light and watch your watering you may start to get some new growth at least
0 LikesMy dieffenbachia is in an east facing window (live in MA), I water her when about 75% dry, and she’s given me about 12 new leaves in the past month. Not sure where you’re located, but this is all mine asks for from me.
