Possibly a Norfolk pine (soft green pines?). Are any of the branches alive? If so, consider repotting. May come back.

If the roots or stem(s) are alive you may get a new sprout in several weeks to a couple months. Because it has no green whatsoever, it can't photosynthesize. It will be very slow to use moisture in the soil, so reduce or even stop watering and watch the soil for when to water. Any new growth will be extremely delicate. Playing music can help plants; they seem to like the vibrations
