My poor croton is slowly being killed by spider mites! I know some prefer neem oil but I’ve opted for insecticidal soap, using it once each week if not more frequent. I also thoroughly mist my croton each morning and have also been trying to wipe the leaves down with water. It’s still losing leaves and I’m wondering if there’s anything else i can do to help it out. It was so luscious before so looking at it rn is really bumming me out :(. Any advice helps!

This is it before, 5 years old (going onto 6). This is the first pest it’s gotten. Such a shame :(

I have a spray bottle with 1 part isopropyl alcohol, 5 parts water, and a drop of dish soap If I see any pests on/under leaves, I’ll spray it with this mixture, then use a brush or paper towel to spread it across the leaf and stem. It gets rid of mealy bugs, thrips, spider mites.. probably other stuff too lol Repeat once a week until the pests are gone
