   I noticed the little trellis in your photo. Where do you get that from? I have 2, but need more and can’t remember what I originally bought them.

     Do you happen to know how I can treat it? Or how my plant could have gotten it😭

   Seconding that it looks like a fungal infection. Personally, I would chop the leaves off if it’s not that many of them; fungus spreads fast. But you could also attempt treating it with a fungicide or neem oil if you cannot prune the plant. I believe a copper fungicide could help? Definitely quarantine the plant from any others you have.
