Yellowing is often a result of either underwater or over-watering. If your pot does not have drainage I would put it in a different pot and while you're at it check the roots. If your pot does have drainage you could try amending your watering practices. They don't like to be soggy or dry. They like a nice even moisture.

I fully agree with KJM that watering issues can show those symptoms. Adequate drainage is a must. Syngoniums go slightly limp when they need water. Inadequate lighting and fertilizer can also show up as yellowing. 🍀🪴

Check that the soil is dry with a wooden meat skewer before watering. Water thoroughly, then, let the soil completely dry again. Check the intensity of light it gets with the light meter app (in Planta or online) or a light meter. Use a grow light if lighting is insufficient. Grow lights need to run at least 12 hours a day. Fertilize at least once a month with 50% diluted fertilizer.
