    I think it’s thrips but others would know better.

    Easy fix. 1st use the soap and then the neem oil. Clean the area where the plant was located. Isolate the plant from others. Repeat treatment as needed.

    Not thrips. Something as laid eggs on the leaf.

    I think this looks like green lacewings which are beneficial. They feed on other “bad” insects
