Novice plant mom

Relatively new to houseplant care. What is this pest and what do I do about it? Just noticed them recently and am horrified

    The pics are super blurry, but that's a jumping spider. It's totally harmless, and will eat pest insects for you if you let it stay. If you prefer to get rid of it, just use a cup and paper trap and move it outside; these are great to have in gardens
