   Humidity to low, and light, need to increase both, but looks like possible pests on leaves, looks like could be white which could be mealy bugs, also think I see a spider mite, so need to give a shower off with loop warm water, they also only like distilled water or rain, tap water has to many impurities like chlorine then treat with ideally a few drops off neem oil and peppermint insecticide soap with around 1 litre of water and spray all over, mainly concentrate on back of leaves, if you get like a makeup type brush and gently brush same way as the grooves while washing, it will help dislodge any pests and eggs on the surface. Couple other things this may also have fungus rush on, so anti funnel , which the mix with water should help, but won’t restore the green, but help stop it spreading. And lastly a some of your plants need full sun to bright light to grow, if you click on each of your plants, there is an info button, then can check on light and humidity requirements recommended
