Hi! I’ve just got my first pink angel nerve fittonia and it’s leaves seem to be curling. It’s in medium light and I’ve been watering it every couple days since it’s in a smaller pot. Just wondering if the curling leaves are normal or I should be doing something about it?

I’m pretty sure they just choose to be unhappy regardless.

they really do decide if they want to live or not, had a big beautiful one and one day it just dried up. got another smaller one to gift but while i still had it (in a greenhouse with grow lights (not directly on the plant) and again i look one day and it was just dried up even though i watered frequently

Your Pink Angel Nerve Plant's (Fittonia) leaves are curling due to a common issue with underwatering or low humidity. Other causes can include overwatering (which causes root rot), being root-bound, extreme temperatures, too much direct sunlight, or even pest is-sues. To fix it, check the soil moisture, ensure high humidity with a pebble tray or humidifier, provide indirect light, and verify the plant is not too big for its pot or suffering from pests.

I believe this could be the dramatic droop in which nerve plants are known for- mine does this to me when he needs some water

I sit him in some distilled water for about 15-20 mins. And in about an hour he stands straight again
