I have a Cyclamen that’s experiencing drooping and has gnats (I think fungus gnats). It’s my first plant and I’m trying to save it since there is new growth after dormancy. Any advice?

Soaking soil with hydrogen peroxide can be beneficial in small amounts as it helps with aeration and killing harmful bacteria. However, too much can harm the plant. It's best to dilute it properly, usually a 3% solution works well! Just keep an eye on your plant's response. You could also try drying out the soil. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings, as gnats thrive in moist conditions. I also put sticky traps near my plants to catch adult gnats. You can also use diatomaceous earth and sprinkle this on the soil surface to deter larvae.
