Should I chop??? I left the rose outside in the cold a little too long.😬😬if so where and will it come back? (Ps I’m new with roses and any advice it greatly appreciated ty!!!)

SunnyLooks like fungal growth based on the yellowing and the spots. Treat with a commercial fungicide. Let more of the water dry out between watering. New growth should come back by spring once the fungus is under control.

If I treat with the fungal control should I chop it too? Do roses like airy soil similar to tropical plants, this is my first rose
