What’s going on with my Swiss Cheese monstera? She’s yellowing yet has new growth. I do have in LECA since she was dying due to gnats. She had been doing great till this past week. Any advice is greatly appreciated 💚🪴🌿

Hi, gnats don’t typically harm plants, they just live and breed in the soil. So I’d check for other issues like root rot or another pest. This yellow leaf looks shorter than the others though, so it could just be that leaf didn’t get enough light
0 Me gustaAre you sure you're not seeing another type of pest? Tiny white dots or something? Fungas gnat larvae can harm plant roots, but that's usually on baby plants that it causes a huge issue.
1 me gustaShe’s in LECA water. I refresh the water every month and add a few drops of fertilizer every 2-3 months. She was practically dead when she was in soil the dirt was infested with gnats when I first got her I repotted but she was doing well. After I placed her in the LECA she bounced back beautifully. There are no signs of pest on her leaves. She does have a number of new leaves uncurling and a few new shoots. I live in PA and it has been cold here I also have her under a grow light for 8 hours a day.
0 Me gustaHi! Putting her LECA I feel saved her she was in really poor shape in soil. I wash off the roots every couple of weeks and refresh the water. A personal friend told me it’s the cold weather that causes many plants to turn yellow especially if new leaves are growing in. I pretty much have been cutting the yellow leaves. She still growing new ones so I’m not taking it personally lol. Hopefully she’ll get better in a few months when things warm up in our area. Good luck 🪴🌿💚
2 Me gustaSo if it was in soil, with the older leaves yellowing, i would say it might be root bound, or root rotting. You could check the roots to make sure you aren't losing any. I asked about pests because your last Pic looks like possible spider mites. As well as the small dots of damage on some of your leaves. But this one particularly, there's several tiny white dots all over, and on the bottom right looks like webbing on the leaf. It could just be the Pic exposure. But looks suspicious
