PortlyPothosIt’s likely scale. I don’t have any good advice on dealing with it bc it’s taken over my prickly pear 😔

Looks like powdery mildew to me. I just dealt with this on my lipstick plant that I recently purchased. I did research and found that a mixture of neem oil, water and Dawn did the trick immediately.
