Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could help me out with a little problem. I have a beautiful Delphium on its second life cycle in a pot outside in full sun. I used to water it every single day until I got this app which has me spreading out how much I water it, but even before I got this app I noticed that if I went a day or two without watering it, it would start to droop and look really sad even though when I do water it, it perks right back up but a ton of water starts immediately pouring out of the drainage holes. I can’t tell if it’s overwatered or just needs to be super wet Can someone tell me why it looks so sad

When was the last time it was repotted it may be a lil root bound if it’s super thirsty.

Actually it’s still in the nursery pot! I’m very new to all of this, I was under the impression to only repot if it’s stopped growing. Thank you!

It’s a good idea to check the roots every year at least or if you see them creeping out the bottom of the pot. Some plants like to be more bound up than others. You just kind of have to know that about your specific plant. Not sure where you are but if it’s warm already you could just be needing to water often. Nice she tells you when she’s thirsty

I’m in Florida so the days are already gross and hot and nice and cold at night
