Help! I don’t know what this white scaly stuff is on my plant (Opuntia Snow- Ursine). It was just at the bottom, now it’s on the whole plant. I know, I should’ve done something sooner.

Looks like cochineal scale, which is a type of insect. It makes a white casing on its body to protect itself and LOVES prickly pear cactuses like opuntia snow, tho I've only ever seen it on beaver tail but I guess it doesn't discriminate. Try heavily spraying the infested parts with some soapy water. Specialized insecticidal soap is recommended, but dawn has worked for me in the past! Please take some time do your own research on cochineal scale though and look at some other methods! I'm just a stranger on the internet.
