I’ve had nothing but trouble with this guy since I got it. Does anyone know what is going on here? I removed this stem in case it’s something that can spread.

Josie's JungleBy any chance are they older leaves from the bottom of your tree? They look like mine that are aging out while all the new growth happens up top.
