I don’t know what’s going on with my orchid! It started turning yellow after it dropped its flowers. I was planning on repotting it as it’s still in a nursing pot, could it be that it’s yellowing because of that? Or something else?

    Orchid stems don’t live forever- just the lifespan of the flowers. You can cut the stems to the base and the plant will grow new ones the next flowering season

    Omg thank you! I’ve never had an orchid, and although researching, it seems like I didn’t do enough. 😅

    This is normal. If you can get some kekei paste quickly, you may be able to coax it into cloning itself with a dab on a healthy inflorescence bud.
