    Are these indoor or outdoor?

      They’re outdoor but in a balcony since I’m in an apartment. I feel like it might need more sun? I was considering supplemental UV from a grow light

      Hmmm yeah more light might help, I think it’s plant edema, they do that when they’re watered too much and don’t get a chance to dry out, so more light might help the drying out aspect and also not watering it for a spell. The leaves won’t get better but new leaves that will come out won’t have that mottled texture once the watering is changed, peppers are a finicky plant, I battled aphids all last summer on mine
