Can anyone help me? I’ve had this fiddle leaf fig for over a year and it has never grown another leaf. A couple have fallen off and it just looks really sad…I would love to encourage new growth and leaves right from the base of the stem. Any ideas?! Thank you!

I’ve read that keiki paste on the nodes can help bring the fiddle leaf to life

Check the roots. It may need some fresh soil and maybe a bump up in size. I would wait for spring to do this. Make sure it's not sitting in water. I see you have the plastic lined cover pot so make sure to drain that when you water it.

Regularly fertilize each month in spring and summer. I also add SuperThrive plant vitamins. Ensure it is getting at least 8 hours of bright indirect sunlight. Add a grow light to supplement, if needed. Try not to move it. Ficus notoriously throw down leaves when they are moved even within the same room. 🪴🍀

This! If you do all this it will grow like a WEED!

And, ficus really really don't like drafts.

As Sunny said these boys need a lot of indirect light or east facing morning light, that and regular fertiliser. If that spot doesn’t have that kind of light, a grow light is a good option

Mine likes a grow light and clean (I mist and clean) especially in dry winter. I let him really dry between watering.
