My roommate got this stromanthe triostar a month or two ago; she barely did anything to it but it started to curl up pretty fast and now looks worse for wear. She watered it with distilled water as it’s a more sensitive plant. Anyone know what’s up with it/how she can save it?

Looks like it stayed dry too long based on the tight curling of the leaves. They stay curled to save moisture when water from soil is insufficient.
