SOS, help me save my white knight pup. She had two bigger leaves as well but I’m not sure if sitting in my windowsill burned her but the white parts seemed brown and transparent. I took her out of the cup I was using for humid because of the mold that’s forming but I have no idea what to do from here. Is there hope? it looks like the white on the leaf is suffering the same fate.
I would immediately remove it from that medium and give it a wash with some fungicide… repot and don’t let it get so saturated….
1 likeI just repotted it! The lady who gave it to me it’s like I can’t describe it but the matieral around the roots is all spongy and I can’t tear it off the roots without compromising them but I did change all the substrate around that
1 like I should have also said to spray with some peroxide mix (3% at a 1/3 ratio) to disinfect any potential rot or mold on the plant…

The fungal growth is heavy for a recent repot. I would remove it from the big outer pot to give it full access to light and to prevent it from sitting in drainage water that can keep the soil wet too long. Definitely treat for fungus and disinfectant per Dory’s suggestion.
