Besides one case of known mealy bugs that I got rid of on one plant, this is what I see often. Are these little obnoxious white dots spider mites like I’m assuming? I can never get rid of them.

    maybe try the paper method to confirm if they're spider mites? put a piece of printer paper under the leaf, shake/tap the leaf to dislodge some of the white dots, then fold the paper in half to crush them. if you open the flattened paper and see reddish/brown powder, that's spider mite guts

      Never heard of this! I’ll try. I threw this one out because it was so covered, and it spread to about ten more plants by it. It always happens in clusters too! Always.
