Yea it’s over watered I water mine every 2 weeks they are very chill plants and will tell you when their thirsty their leaves droop a bit. I would take it out and dip the roots in a table spoon of hydrogen peroxide and a cup of water then plant it in fresh indoor potting soil.

Honestly it looks over watered the only way you can really mess up pathos is 1 when they get very very root bound and 2 over watering.

Also make sure when you repot to look at the roots for any mushy parts go ahead and cut off any bad roots and if it’s really bad take cutting and put them in water. Make sure the roots are 1-2 inches smaller than the pot.

You have to check the soil is dry each time instead of watering by a schedule without verifying.

I concur with everyone else’s comments; it looks overwatered. A good way to tell a pothos needs water is if the stems and leaves are flimsy instead of firm. Also, light and humidity levels will affect how frequently you should water
