Can this be a spider mite or is it just a harmless spider? Every day I have yellowed stems like this in my philodendron and idk if it’s just normal or if something is sucking the life out of them.

    Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a spider to me, not a mite.

    Regular spider for sure. It's most likely a sac spider or a running crab spider
